Point Capital Partners, as a result of current national legislation, recognizes the importance of establishing a channel for reporting irregularities in order to establish and foster a corporate culture of responsibility.
We have therefore made a number of means available for our employees and other stakeholders (shareholders, service providers, suppliers and other counterparties) to report any irregularities they consider relevant.
The irregularities that must be reported through these channels must be related to money laundering and terrorist financing, corruption, fraud, data protection and confidentiality, conflicts of interest, labor issues, and others arising from legally prescribed obligations.
All reports will be treated confidentially and anonymity can be maintained by using any of the channels available for reporting irregularities. Reports can be submitted by the following means:
You can consult our Whistleblowing Policy, which provides detailed information on the processing, storage and recording of reports received.
